As you know, when you create a new Teams it automatically create a new default channel (aka first channel) called General.
Well, that was before as now you can name this default channel during the Teams creation.
This option is available on both Teams client and Teams on the web.
A side note when naming the first channel, you can not use General as name as it is a reserved name
In addition you can also rename the existing General channel; with the same restriction as above, you will not be able to name it again as General
