UPDATE Oct 8th, 2019 it has been reported that some issues with Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and Hybrid Azure AD join have been reported. Microsoft has recommended to post-pone upgrading to the 1.4.18.0 version until root cause has been identified and solved.
