As you are probably aware, Microsoft and Adobe have partnered for few years already to integrate Microsoft Information Protection solution with Adobe Acrobat clients (see https://blog.hametbenoit.info/2018/12/13/azure-integration-of-pdf-acrobat-reader-with-azure-information-protection-is-now-generally-available/).
