It is not always easy to schedule meeting with people on different time zone as you can’t easily identify their local time or even know if they are on a different time zone.
Well, good news as now you will get notified when meeting participants are on a different time zone and then using the scheduling assistant to know their corresponding time zone and local time.
This feature is available when using either Outlook Web Access (aka OWA, aka Outlook on the Web) or the new Outlook client (aka Monarch).
When you schedule a meeting with participants on different time, you will first get a tool tip which will let you know which participant is on a different time and asking you to use the scheduling assistant which then will help you identify the time zone and local time
