Intune – New troubleshooting experience in preview

When using Intune to deploy and manage applications and devices configuration, it is sometime difficult to troubleshoot issues.

You probably already know the Troubleshooting + support blade which allows you to select a specific user account and review what is being applied for this specific user

Well this blade now has a new and improved experience providing a tabbed view rather than the drop down view, allowing a quicker view of the state.

With this new experience you can also:

  • export and filter reports
  • exclude some  policies and/or applications
  • filter to a specific device to review the entire experience for this device

To enable the preview experience, click on the purple banner shown at the top of the troubleshooting blade
