Microsoft Forms, the Office 365 survey/quiz capability, just got few improvements.
Create Forms using templates
You can now create new forms based on ‘professional’ template matching usual business cases (satisfaction survey, volunteer registration, product evaluation or well-being pulse among 20 different template categories).
The templates are available straight from the Forms home page (https://forms.office.com/)
Create Forms by importing Word or PDF file
Another improvement is you can now import Word or PDF documents to create your Forms.
The file size limit is 10 Mb and it is recommended to contains only text and clearly formatted for survey (clear separation between questions) like shown below
You can import such files using the Quick import button available in the home page
When importing the file you can choose which type of Forms (Form or Quiz) you want to create
Then Forms starts importing and converting the file
Once successfully imported you can either review it or import another file. Below is the result of the import of my example above
Collect Forms responses using Teams
Last but not least, you can now share your Forms to collect responses by using Teams
By accessing the Collect response options, you will now see the additional Teams sharing capability, allowing you to send the Forms to collect responses
You can share with Teams chats and/or channels
