By now, you may be aware of Migration Manager the migration tool from Microsoft allowing you to migrate your file shares to SharePoint Online.
Well, Migration Manager now allows you to migrate to an individual OneDrive for Business space or a Teams channel if your account is licensed for Teams).
To start migrating using Migration Manager, connect to your SharePoint Online administration portal (https://<your tenant>-admin.sharepoint.com/) and access the Migration blade and select Migration Manager (not the SharePoint Migration tool)
There, create a new migration task to define your file share(s) source (either single or multiple using a CSV/JSON file)
At the location step you can then define either OneDrive, SharePoint site or Teams
When selecting OneDrive you can then either use the OneDrive personal URL or the user’s email address
If you choose Teams you will be able to select the Teams and then the channel where to migrate the content
