Few months ago, a new service appears on Office 365 called Microsoft Whiteboard, a digital whiteboard to help users collaborating and sharing ideas.
The service is going to be generally available within the next few months – except for government or in Germany.
The corresponding Windows 10 application will be available for download from the Windows Store https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/microsoft-whiteboard/9nblggh5x7s8 as soon your Office 365 tenant has Whiteboard enabled.
To manage (aka enable/disable) Whiteboard, go to your Office 365 Administration portal (https://portal.office.com/) and reach the Settings\Services and add-ins section to locate the Whiteboard configuration options.
