The Lync client is fully integrated with Office client; at least with Office 2010, like in my case.
If you are working on a document, or reviewing it, in a collaborative mode, you may want to share quickly the update you’re doing.
To do this using Lync, go to the Revision tab and click on one of the Lync icon
- Share now to start an application sharing
- Send by IM to send the current document through IM
