Well good news as now you can implement Azure Storage Actions to help you automating management tasks based on various triggers.
First thing first, you need to be aware about the following region availability for these storage actions:

Then you can create your tasks by connecting to your Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com/) and search for Azure Storage Action
When creating the task you can choose against various storage account properties – from version, created/modified date, tags or storage tier (complete list available here Storage task conditions – Azure Storage Actions | Microsoft Learn)
You can add multiple condition
Then you can define various operations – from delete blob to change tags or storage tier
Once completed, you need to assign the task to a storage account and define the schedule to run the task
