This is change will only impact customers in Exchange hybrid configuration and using cloud archive feature.
Starting May 12, 2025, access to the cloud archive mailbox for an on-premises mailbox will not longer be possible when accessing using Outlook Web Access (aka OWA, aka Outlook on the Web).
Access to the cloud archive will not be impacted when using Outlook desktop or Outlook mobile.
