If you are using Windows 11, you probably already know there is 2 different Teams:
- Microsoft Teams (personal) – which the free, personal account Teams client
- Microsoft Teams – which your corporate Teams client
Well, while having 2 different Teams clients to differentiate your personal and professional context is good, it is some time annoying.
Well, good news as the Teams client (corporate – M365 one) is now able to allow you to add your personal account account into it – giving you the same functionality than the Teams (personal) client.
NOTE only one personal account is allowed to be added; if you have multiple personal accounts, only one can be added (if not already automatically added based on your Teams (personal) sign in main account)
IMPORTANT adding a personal account in Teams (corporate) will automatically switch to Free (personal) Team client when switching profile
