When joining a Teams meeting you now can enable spatial audio to allow a more immersive experience; especially when you are using device supporting spatial audio, like in a meeting room.
This new audio experience spatializes the voices of attendees across the visual meeting stage in the Gallery view. This helps make conversations more natural, increasing the sense of audio presence, and making the conversation easier to follow when multiple people are speaking together.
You can enable it when joining the meeting either using the device\audio settings when joining the meeting, or just after either through the notification or the more\settings\device settings
This can not be enabled ‘as default’ setting using the Teams client Settings menu; the option is available but can not be turned on or off from there
