You can now have a comprehensive view of your call history (not only voice but Teams calls too).
With this new detailed call history you can see how calls have been handled (forwarded, transferred…) and can you also access related recording and transcription.
To enjoy this detailed call history, just open your Teams client and access the Calls app to select one of the call
