With the latest update (1903) of Intune, administrators can now have access to the BitLocker recovery key of a Windows 10 device registered in Intune (the same way an Active Directory administrator was able to get it from AD).
To access this information, logon to your Intune portal (either from the Azure portal https://portal.azure.com or the Device Management portal https://devicemanagement.microsoft.com) and reach out the Devices\All devices blade to select the Windows 10 client you want to get the BitLocker Recovery key
Then reach out the Recovery keys section
