Microsoft is deploying an update which will display all mobile application accessing your Office 365 tenant in the My Apps page.
End-users will then be able to grant/revoke access for mobile apps from their My Apps page (https://portal.office.com/account/#apps)
Administrators will also be able to view which applications are used to access Office 365 tenant as well as grant application on behalf of the end-users.
