Microsoft has just introduced a new administration feature called Message Center.
This feature is available on both Wave 14 (running 2010 version) and Wave 15 (running 2013 version).
The Message Center will be/is used to improve the communication between Office 365 administrators and Microsoft.
On the Message Center you will receive notifications about coming/planned changes and updates as well as action to be done in order to avoid problem.
