The following is a known issue with SharePoint 2010, since it has been released as RTM.
However, there is no ‘real’ solution neither explanation on why this is happening.
Here is solution, but not an explanation .
First, the issue:

Then, the solution:
Open Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Servers
Right click on the 14.0 directory and go to the Security tab
Add Network Service with Full Control rights
Et voilà, no more event logged.
