It has just been announced at the Microsoft Ignite 2019 Conference, a new hybrid/multi cloud capability has been added to Azure called Azure ARC.
After delivering Azure Stack few years ago delivering a consistent cloud-model for on-premises deployment, Azure ARC is now available in preview allowing you to deploy Azure services anywhere while extending the management capability of Azure to any infrastructure.
You can now use a consistent deployment approach across all you environments (cloud, on-premises, Windows or Linux devices…) using Azure Cli, Azure PowerShell, Azure ARM (Azure Resource Manager), API or Azure Policy.
