With the latest version of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Current Branch (1806), you can now view who is currently logged on a managed device from the SCCM Console (this includes opened and disconnected session)
From your Assets and Compliance workspace, select the Devices branch and right click on the list header to select Currently Logged on User
