If we needed another proof that Windows Mobile/Phone is dead, here it is 
The mobile app for Skype for Business on Windows Mobile/Phone is going to be retired by May 20, 2018.
Any Windows Phone with the application installed will continue to be able to use it but no more updates will be delivered and if you need to re install the application it will not be possible.
