An update has been deployed on Exchange Online (Outlook on the Web [formerly Outlook Web Access]) to help users cleaning up their mailbox and have a view on their folders size (ordered by size – bigger to smaller). They also will be able to apply a retention policy to the folder while having an idea on how many items will be impacted by the application of the retention policy
Go to your Mail Settings and look for Clean up mailbox
