Exchange – Folder policy not visible/manageable in Outlook

If you apply policy on Exchange 2010 and policy are not visible neither manageable through Outlook 2010, this may be due to the Exchange cache mode.

To sole the issue, just close Outlook, go to the local settings of your profile (%userprofile%\Local settings\Microsoft\Outlook) and delete the OST file (Exchange cache file)

After restarting Outlook, policies will become available and manageable from Outlook.
