As you know, with Intune you can create Windows Feature Updates policies to manage Windows upgrade when a new version is released.
Until now, it was not easy to deal with devices which did not meet the requirements for deploying Windows 11 versions.
Well, good news as now you have an option to automatically exclude such devices from Windows 11 upgrade policy to install the latest Windows 10 version instead.
This option is available when creating a Feature Update policy or by editing existing one.
