Azure – You now have a centralized hub to manage all Azure SQL resources

As you know, Microsoft Azure provides you the ability to host SQL resources, from SQL database to Elastic Pools or SQL running on a virtual machine (not comprehensive).

This makes it a little bit difficult to have a comprehensive view of all the Azure SQL resources you may be running as you have to switch between each SQL resources type.

Well, the Azure portal has been updated to provide a complete list of all SQL resources, no matter the type, called Centralized Management Hub or Azure SQL Resources.

Unfortunately this is not (yet?) available when using the All Services search; you need to use this dedicated URL https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2100641

This hub also allows you to create new SQL resources with an assistant to help decide (if you don’t know or not sure) which SQL resource type to create
