Azure – You can now use dashboard on Azure mobile application

If you are using Microsoft Azure to host and run some workloads on cloud services, you know that you can create and use dashboards when accessing the Azure portal.

Well, good news as you can now do the same when using the Azure mobile application (available at the bottom of the Azure mobile app home screen).

But before you start using dashboard on the mobile app, you need to use the dashboard experience (aka dashboard v2) by connecting to your Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com/) and switch to the new experience

When switching an existing dashboard, any unsupported tile will be reported as not compatible; you will have to replace (or remove) these tiles

Once you have edited your existing dashboard, click on the publish dashboardv2 button which will create a new dashboard file; you have to wait few minutes to be completed

Once saved, the new dashboard will be available in the dashboard section of the mobile application

After selecting the dashboard v2 you want to access on your mobile application, you will have access to the data (same as from the Azure portal)
