Microsoft has announced at the TechEd US that Office 365 Enterprise plan have new storage security by encrypting all files stored on SharePoint Online – including OneDrive for Business.

This come in addition of the earlier encrypted email feature.

In addition, Windows Intune – the cloud-based device management solution – will be more integrated with Office 365 allowing administrators to define set of policies to allow content between limited managed application for example.

Also, DLP (Data Loss Prevention) feature, currently available within Exchange Online, will be also deployed for SharePoint Online for Office 365 E3 plan.

This is expected to be roll out by July this year.
